About BBB Serving Southeast Florida & the Caribbean
Founded in 1969, BBB Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean is the local Better Business Bureau for 11 counties across Southeast Florida along with Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is one of more than 90 independent local BBBs in the United States and Canada, part of a system founded in 1912 to advance marketplace trust. The BBB is not a government agency. Businesses earn accreditation by meeting its standards for trust, which cover honesty, transparency, responsiveness and integrity.
